Questions, answered plainly
How fast can a notary get to me?
It depends on your location, the document and your state. We check availability with a local notary first, then confirm the quote and timing with you before anything is scheduled.
Is this online notarization?
No. We do not offer online video notarization. In-person signings are done face to face by a local notary who comes to you.
How do apostille and translation work?
Apostille processing is available by mail; contact us before mailing documents for instructions. For translation, send your document for review and a quote, then receive the finished translation by email for free or by mail for an additional mailing fee. Apostilles are issued by the proper state or federal authority, with separate processing times.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your location and the work involved, so we quote it for your situation. We do not post one national price.
Can you advise me on my documents?
No. A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures. We cannot give legal advice or prepare documents.
